Summary

Secrets and Lies。。。

I’ve lived the entirety of my life wrapped up in subterfuge for one purpose—revenge。

Through the years, I lived more as an enigma than a man。

For so long, I denied I had a beating heart of my own。

Until her。 Until she unearthed the starving vessel inside, forced me to acknowledge it, forced me to understand that I’m capable of bleeding the same as any other。

For that, we paid。 We're still paying。

Yet, she demands it still, the useless heart of the ruthless thief and shameless villain she fell for。 My fear is, I’m no longer that man。

With the lies I’ve told, the life I’ve led, my mistakes are beginning to catch up with me, day by day, one by one。

This is my last chance, and I have no intention of losing her again, but as the deception of my past starts to unravel and close in, shedding my humanity may be the only thing that can save us both。

Maybe it’s already too late。

The ending we all needed。

I don’t always appreciate dual timelines especially since it only happened with one of the two POV’s but I really appreciated the beautiful story telling it allowed。

Ugh…。wow。 What a perfect ending to such a beautifully heartbreaking series。 It had me laughing, crying, and wondering if finishing it was worth it, and it so so was。 If anyone is on the fence about reading this, just do it。

My heart!Okay so as we all know, Exodus shattered our hearts with the "We love rainy days" bit。 I was on the fence about this book, but I'm so glad I read it。 It's a beautiful book of how Tobias and Cece came back to each other, and how Sean and Tobias finally made things right。 I recommend this to everyone, and I can't believe the series is over。 Definitely on my top list of favorites。 My heart!Okay so as we all know, Exodus shattered our hearts with the "We love rainy days" bit。 I was on the fence about this book, but I'm so glad I read it。 It's a beautiful book of how Tobias and Cece came back to each other, and how Sean and Tobias finally made things right。 I recommend this to everyone, and I can't believe the series is over。 Definitely on my top list of favorites。 。。。more

This is a series that will sit with me for a long time。 I grew close to the characters immediately, and felt the grief in my soul。

This was definitely a great finish to the series。 It was nice to get the backstory and see where everyone ends up。

This book has broken and tore its way into my heart forever。 Ever since finishing this series, I've been thinking about it throughout the day, before I go to sleep, and when I wake up。Its full of heartbreak, angst, passion, and definitely a huge mindf*ck。 While Exodus had a good enough ending, TFL really did tie together the entire story。 It contains lots of flashbacks that gives you a clear understanding of all the guys, the reasonings behind what they did/do。 This book actually made me fall in This book has broken and tore its way into my heart forever。 Ever since finishing this series, I've been thinking about it throughout the day, before I go to sleep, and when I wake up。Its full of heartbreak, angst, passion, and definitely a huge mindf*ck。 While Exodus had a good enough ending, TFL really did tie together the entire story。 It contains lots of flashbacks that gives you a clear understanding of all the guys, the reasonings behind what they did/do。 This book actually made me fall in love with Dom。 1000% recommend, but disclaimer you will punish your heart。 。。。more

This book…… this series。 To say I was obsessed may be a bit of an understatement。 I can honestly say had been one of the BEST series I’ve ever read。 It had all of the emotions。 I’m not one to be overly emotional in a book but I laughed, I cried, I smiled。 I connected with many of the characters。 Kate truly pulls you into this series。 This is definitely staying on my read over… and over again shelf。

3。5/5it got tiring at some point bc literally nothing was happening but i NEVER saw that plot twist como, tobias and cecelia are the IT couple (could both use some therapy) and i love them so so much and I'm extremely proud of all of them for how far they've come, they really aren't the same kids from books one and yes I'll never ever stop crying every time they mention, think about or talk to dom bc FUCK that 3。5/5it got tiring at some point bc literally nothing was happening but i NEVER saw that plot twist como, tobias and cecelia are the IT couple (could both use some therapy) and i love them so so much and I'm extremely proud of all of them for how far they've come, they really aren't the same kids from books one and yes I'll never ever stop crying every time they mention, think about or talk to dom bc FUCK that 。。。more

This series was devastating。 I was SOBBING at the end。 I never wanted it to end。 This book wrapped everything up so perfectly。 Ugh。 I want to read this series over again for the first time。 I LOVED EVERY SECOND。

It took me so long to finish this book because one, I was not ready for this series end, because I love it so much and too exodus broke my heart so much。 Once I finally finished this book it healed all the pieces that broke。 I love you so much!

This series has been a rollercoaster, to say the least

Although the trilogy was a slower read to me, it was beautifully written and the storyline was deep。

A phenomenal finish to a PHENOMENAL series。 I do think this could have been a bit shorter and the back and forth timeline was a bit tedious and hard to follow at time。 I did really enjoy the back story though and getting to know Tobias’ background much more and seeing why he is who he is。 Him and Cee are couple goals。 All in all, I loved this entire series from start to end。 It was so well written and the story was great。 I will recommend it to anyone。

I have an emotional hangover from this series。 I wanted to see what all the hype was about but it really is that good。 The first book is pretty surface level but enough to pull you in and book two tears your heart into pieces。 This book was the perfect culmination of them all to give you the happy ending you didn’t know you needed but in the same regard I appreciated that the characters really had to work to reestablish their relationship and that they talked about connecting as adults vs their I have an emotional hangover from this series。 I wanted to see what all the hype was about but it really is that good。 The first book is pretty surface level but enough to pull you in and book two tears your heart into pieces。 This book was the perfect culmination of them all to give you the happy ending you didn’t know you needed but in the same regard I appreciated that the characters really had to work to reestablish their relationship and that they talked about connecting as adults vs their younger relationship。 。。。more

it has that je-ne-sais-quoi, for sure。This is largely a wrap-up review for the full, finished series as opposed to just *this* Finish Line。Book one, the Flock, wounded me。 Greatly。 Book two, The Exodus, destroyed me。 Turned on its head, I wanted to unread the whole story for the pain it caused。 Book three。。。the Finish Line? Crossed the Ts and dotted the Is, in a way I much needed albeit begrudgingly。I've been harsher than usual in my critique of The Ravenhood, perhaps undeservedly so, but I can admit that this trilogy is one that will stay with me, probably sit on my vanity bookshelf completely untouched again until I am ready to revisit this heartrending series。 Because heartrending it truly was。The road to and across the finish line was painstaking, long suffering, and not to spoil any surprises, I will merely say this; what may seem like a roundabout journey of mostly confounding nature, each puzzling piece holds reason, grows the heart fonder, and infuriates _beyond_ reason。 Without the break, it couldn't be put back together, and *that* is what makes each painful step worth it。There are many aspects of the story that I didn't like; at times I found it hard to empathise with the characters, and at other times, I couldn't have felt their pain deeper if I tried。 So while I acknowledge that it wasn't my story to tell, perhaps it didn't end how I would have wrapped it up, but that all the more makes me applaud the efforts in bringing this story to life and to an end。 The hate, the love, those are emotions that not every book can evoke, and for that reason I begrudge its success and its hold on my heart and mind。It's not perfect—many boxes were left unticked and other possibilities brutally halted, but I will admit that it will stay with me in a way that I can't award to many books。 So for that, I wish to emphasize that my imperfect rating of it is the greater gift I can offer this series over proclaiming its “perfection”。 Because it made me think and it will haunt me for as long as I'll be able to remember it—and I can but hope I'll remember it for years to come。 。。。more

3。75/5A good ending for this series, which surprisingly I really loved。 This book was a little heavy on the flashbacks and the ending was so silly but I've come to accept the goofiness。 Whatever - it was good。 3。75/5A good ending for this series, which surprisingly I really loved。 This book was a little heavy on the flashbacks and the ending was so silly but I've come to accept the goofiness。 Whatever - it was good。 。。。more

I took me a lot longer to read this last in the trilogy, mostly because I didn’t want it to be over。 But also wasn’t my favorite of the three。 I did smile, laugh out loud and cry, it just didn’t hit me as hard as the first two。 Don’t get me wrong I will 100% be rereading the whole series。

✨”Your heart is not your weakness, Cecilia。 It’s mine。”✨•This book rounded out the series really well and I really enjoyed getting a better look at Tobias and his past。 Up until now I feel like that was a major piece missing from the story。 I was also glad to see that C didn’t just sink back into old habits right away when it came to this book。 I didn’t feel as though things were super rushed like I have in other romances。 Cecilia actually took time figuring out how to forgive the past rather th ✨”Your heart is not your weakness, Cecilia。 It’s mine。”✨•This book rounded out the series really well and I really enjoyed getting a better look at Tobias and his past。 Up until now I feel like that was a major piece missing from the story。 I was also glad to see that C didn’t just sink back into old habits right away when it came to this book。 I didn’t feel as though things were super rushed like I have in other romances。 Cecilia actually took time figuring out how to forgive the past rather than immediately moving forward in the relationship。 I would give this one a 3。5/5 stars。 The character development was well done and I did like the plot of this installment quite a bit。 All in all, I found the Ravenhood series to be enjoyable, even though I didn’t feel like it lived up to the hype it receives online。 。。。more

I would give this book a 4。5。 It gives readers the ending we need, though it felt a little rushed。 There is a lot of flashbacks and a few holes in the story。 This one does not flow as well as the first two books but is enough that it keeps readers hooked and rooting for Cecilia to find the HEA that she deserves。 This trilogy is by far one of the best I’ve ever read but I will not be doing a reread anytime soon, I don’t think my heart couldn’t handle it。

I finished the Ravenhood series in about 2 weeks and I loved the first and second book。 I was tempted to DNR this last book simply because I was happy with how Exodus ended。 I am glad I finished the 3rd book in the series because it gave some clarification on what was going on with Tobias and why he did some of the things he did, however we didn't necessarily need the 3rd book, but for me it was worth it just for the last few chapters。 I finished the Ravenhood series in about 2 weeks and I loved the first and second book。 I was tempted to DNR this last book simply because I was happy with how Exodus ended。 I am glad I finished the 3rd book in the series because it gave some clarification on what was going on with Tobias and why he did some of the things he did, however we didn't necessarily need the 3rd book, but for me it was worth it just for the last few chapters。 。。。more

Omg!! What an ending to an amazing series!! This book goes back and for from the present and the past and it answers so many questions and at the same time some bittersweet memories!! We get all the answers desperately needed about the mysterious Tobias!! And omg!! That ending had me bawling again 😭😭 but in a bittersweet way!! Glad Tobias finally got the closure he needed! I listened to the audiobook and the narrators did such an amazing job at being these characters to life!!

What a sad ending to an okay book series。 I barely wanted to finish this, and considering I finished the back two books back to back in two sittings, that’s saying something。 I literally hated this, the plot twist felt so fucking stupid to me and I do not believe that Cecelia has grown at all in this series despite the very messy timeline and the fucking years it takes place over。 I literally skipped every first half of the chapter that was a flashback, literally did not care。 I just wanted to b What a sad ending to an okay book series。 I barely wanted to finish this, and considering I finished the back two books back to back in two sittings, that’s saying something。 I literally hated this, the plot twist felt so fucking stupid to me and I do not believe that Cecelia has grown at all in this series despite the very messy timeline and the fucking years it takes place over。 I literally skipped every first half of the chapter that was a flashback, literally did not care。 I just wanted to be done with the series, but God these characters just make it hard to fucking even talk to each other。 If they can’t fuck they hate each other, but maybe that’s A FUCKING SIGN。 It was so irritating how long that shit dragged on then wrapped up in literally 50 pages that meant nothing。 I wanted to like this more, I really did but it just gave me a headache and I wanted to pull up and shoot them both。 This is the character development we needed from Cecelia in book ONE, and it’s poorly timed, even the one in the last book just felt too much too fucking late。 Give it up woman。 I literally can’t explain how much I loathe Cecelia and after getting to know her for fucking three books I would hate to know her in real life。 NOT ONLY is she a shit fucking friend but she’s a shit fucking girlfriend。 I literally don’t know how her friend didn’t beat the shit out of her in the end。 All of her hiding and secrets when she was mad at Tobias and everyone else for doing THE SAME DAMN THING。 Maybe I’ll reread this and see the better parts of the series that I liked in the first book that kept me going but I am going to need to step away for a long time before trying to touch this again。2。25/5 ✨ 。。。more
